Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. Who we are

Milestone Growth (milestone-growth.com and the portal at app.milestone-growth.com) is a company of Hanner Communications, owned and run by Roy Hanner in Bear Creek, North Carolina. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Milestone Growth. You can reach us at support@milestone-growth.com or (919) 769-4216.

2. Information we collect

When you visit the website. Like most websites, we receive basic technical information such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, the site that sent you, and an approximate location based on your IP address. This comes through Google Analytics and Cloudflare, which runs and protects the website.

When you contact us. If you use our contact form, a survey, or the chat assistant on our website, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and message. These forms and the chat assistant are provided by Jotform.

When you create a portal account. We collect your name, email address, password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form), and the business details you add, such as your business name, address, phone number, website and goals.

When you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe. We see your plan, payment status and the last digits of your card, but we never receive or store your full card number.

What you add to the portal. This includes customer names and email addresses you add to send review requests, leads and notes, bookings, campaign content, files you upload, and the text you ask our AI tools to work on.

Accounts you connect or give us access to. If you give the portal access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 or other Google services, we read the reports needed to show your search and traffic information. We use this access only to provide the features you use.

Public business information. To show ratings, listings and search visibility, we look up publicly available information about your business from sources such as Google and DataForSEO.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the portal and the services you ask for, including review requests, reports, drafts and website projects.
  • To send account emails, such as password resets, trial reminders, billing notices and notices about your account.
  • To answer your questions and give support.
  • To process payments.
  • To keep the website and portal secure and working, and to improve them.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own advertising. We do not use your data or your customers' data to train AI models.

4. AI features

When you ask for an AI draft, such as a review reply, content or a recommendation, we send the text needed for that request to our AI provider, OpenAI, to produce the draft. AI drafts are suggestions. Nothing is posted, published or sent until you review it and choose to do so.

5. Your customers' information

When you add your customers' or leads' contact details to the portal, we handle that information on your behalf and only to provide the features you use, such as sending the review request emails you ask us to send. You are responsible for having permission to contact the people you add and for following the laws that apply to your messages. We don't use your customers' information to market our own services to them. We do not currently send text messages.

6. Service providers we use

We share information with these companies only as needed for them to provide their service to us:

  • Railway: hosts the portal and its database.
  • Cloudflare: hosts and protects the website.
  • Stripe: processes payments.
  • Resend: delivers emails from the portal.
  • OpenAI: produces AI drafts and recommendations.
  • Google: website analytics, business listing information, and the Google services you connect.
  • DataForSEO: search ranking and visibility data.
  • Jotform: website forms and the chat assistant.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

7. Cookies

The portal uses a cookie to keep you signed in. The website uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful, and Jotform may set cookies when you use a form or the chat assistant. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the portal's sign-in cookie, you won't be able to sign in.

8. How long we keep information

We keep your account information while your account is open. Free accounts that haven't been used for 30 days may be removed, and we email the account owner warnings before that happens. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and business data, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons, such as payment records.

9. Your choices and rights

You can see and update most of your information in the portal. You can also email us to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your account and information.
  • Stop marketing emails from us. Account and billing emails will still be sent while your account is open.

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law. We'll respond to requests within the time the law requires. We may need to confirm your identity first.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords only in hashed form, keep service keys on our servers, and limit access to customer data to the people who need it to provide support. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will let you know if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

11. Children

Milestone Growth is a service for businesses and organizations. It is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we'll also tell portal users by email or in the portal.
