Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use milestone-growth.com or the Milestone Growth portal at app.milestone-growth.com. Milestone Growth is a company of Hanner Communications, owned and run by Roy Hanner in Bear Creek, North Carolina ("we" or "us"). By creating an account or using the portal, you agree to these terms. If you use the portal for a business or organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us right away at support@milestone-growth.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Free trial and plans

New accounts start with a free 14-day trial with all features unlocked, and no credit card is needed. After the trial, you can choose a paid monthly plan or keep a Free account with limited features. Current plans, prices and what each includes are listed on our pricing page. We may change plans or prices; if a change affects what you pay, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

4. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. There are no contracts. You can cancel anytime from the billing section of your account, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

If a payment fails, we may limit paid features until the payment is resolved.

5. Website projects

The free website preview has no obligation. If you decide to go ahead with a website build, we agree with you in the portal on the total price, payment terms and what's included before work begins. Those agreed terms apply to the project together with these terms.

6. Your content and your customers

You own the information and content you add to the portal. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

You are responsible for:

• Having permission to contact the customers and leads you add, and following the laws that apply to your emails and messages.
• Following the rules of Google and other platforms you use. For example, Google doesn't allow paying for reviews or asking only happy customers to post them.
• The content you publish, post or send, including content that started as an AI draft.

7. AI drafts and recommendations

The portal uses AI to draft content and suggest improvements. AI can be wrong or incomplete, so review every draft before you use it. The portal does not publish to your website, post replies or send messages on its own; you decide what gets published, posted, sent or spent.

8. No guaranteed results

We work to help your business be easier to find and to follow up with customers, but we can't promise rankings, reviews, mentions in AI answers, leads or sales. Google, other platforms and AI tools decide what they show, and results vary by business, location and competition.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the website or portal to:

• Send spam or contact people without permission.
• Post fake reviews or misleading content, or break any law or platform rule.
• Upload harmful code, or try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Overload, copy or resell the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

10. Other companies' services

The portal works with services from other companies, such as Google, Stripe and OpenAI. Their own terms apply when you use them, and they may change or stop features without notice. Milestone Growth is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or any other platform named on this site.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Closing your account

You can stop using the service and cancel your account anytime. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or has an unpaid balance, or remove a Free account that hasn't been used for 30 days after emailing warnings. If we stop offering the service, we'll give reasonable notice so you can save your information.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date, and if a change is significant, we'll tell portal users by email or in the portal before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
